Faculty Physician - Obstetrician/Gynecologist
About The Position
West Virginia University School of Medicine and the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Sciences seek a Board Eligible/Board Certified OBGYN for an opportunity at WVU Medicine St. Joseph’s Hospital in Buckhannon, West Virginia. The successful candidate will practice in the areas of OBGYN and will be actively involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows. This role offers the chance to build a legacy by serving, teaching, learning, and making a difference. The position is part of a 4-year, ACGME accredited OB/GYN residency program with planned expansion.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent.
- Eligible for state medical license.
- Completed an OBGYN residency program.
- Board certified / eligible in OBGYN.
- All qualifications must be met by the time of the appointment.
Responsibilities
- Practice in the areas of OBGYN.
- Provide excellent patient care.
- Actively involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.
