About The Position
The Department of Biological Sciences at University of Massachusetts Lowell seeks part-time Adjunct Instructors to teach a variety of biology courses. This may include laboratory sections for general biology courses, upper-division laboratory sections depending on experience, lab or lecture recitations, or lectures. The appointment is scheduled to begin in September through December 2026.
Requirements
- Earned an MS or Ph.D. degree, dependent on lab vs. lecture course, in Biology or closely related discipline.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to speak and write English clearly.
- Ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and diverse populations.
