Requirements

Ability to work in face-to-face and online teaching environment.
Knowledge of computer based academic delivery systems.
Ability to work with an ethnically diverse student body.
Strong communication, time management and organizational skills.
Ability to demonstrate honesty, integrity and commitment to maintaining high professional standards.
Ability to work as a member of a team of highly motivated and experienced individuals.
Verbal communication with college administration, faculty, staff and others internal and external to the university.
Organizational skills.
Self-directed and have skills in writing and consultation.
Doctorate of Nursing
7+ current experience in clinical practice as nurse anesthetist
7+ teaching experience at the graduate level.
Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
Certified Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Responsibilities

Identifies and documents student performance or conduct concerns, implements appropriate remediation plans, and follows institutional policies for disciplinary action or dismissal when warranted.
Evaluates learning resources such as reference material, audio/visual aids, computer-assisted learning programs, and library acquisitions.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Designs, develops, and delivers high-quality instruction and course materials including syllabi, assessments, and clinical assignments.
Assesses student performance through timely grading, feedback, office hours, clinical, and formal evaluation.
