About The Position

The Department of Agriculture and Environmental Science at Abilene Christian University invites applications for a full-time faculty position. Requirements

  • Ph.D. in Agriculture, Biology, Wildlife Science, Range Ecology, or a closely related field
  • Ability to teach undergraduate courses in agriculture and/or environmental science
  • Immediate needs for subject matter expertise to teach courses in: Rangeland Ecology, Range Science, Wildlife Ecology, Wildlife Management Techniques, Energy Resources, Soil Science
  • Commitment to integrating faith and learning in alignment with the mission of Abilene Christian University
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collegial, student-centered approach
  • Must be professing Christians and be active, faithful members of a congregation of the Churches of Christ and willing to support the Christian mission and purpose of the university.

  • Teach undergraduate courses in agriculture and environmental science
