About The Position
We are looking for an experienced FactoryTalk Production Centre (FTPC) Engineer / Technical Support Engineer with strong expertise in Rockwell FactoryTalk Production Centre (FTPC) to support manufacturing and automotive production environments.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of Technical Support experience
- Hands-on experience with Rockwell FactoryTalk Production Centre (FTPC)
- Strong troubleshooting and production support skills
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Automotive Manufacturing
- Experience with Rockwell Automation products is a plus
- SQL/Python knowledge is an added advantage
