About The Position

The Factory Worker / General Laborer performs hands-on, repetitive production work at a large manufacturing facility. Work includes assembling, handling, processing, inspecting, and packaging products in a physical, active, and fast-paced environment. Employees use basic tools and production equipment, handle materials, and help prepare products for the next production stage or shipment.

This is a full-time, direct-hire role with opportunities to learn additional production processes and advance from the shop floor into more technical production, equipment operation, and lead positions. Openings are available on day and night shifts, with rotating 12-hour schedules. Pay is $17 per hour for day shift and $18 per hour for night shift, with overtime built into the rotating schedules.

Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding, hands-on work throughout a 12-hour shift.
• Comfort standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and moving materials repeatedly.
• Ability to maintain focus and a consistent pace while performing repetitive tasks.
• Comfort using basic hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
• Willingness to learn new skills, follow instructions, and take on additional responsibilities.
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

• Previous manufacturing, general labor, construction, warehouse, or other hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive manufacturing tasks, including assembling, handling, processing, and preparing products throughout the production cycle.
• Use basic hand tools, power tools, and production equipment to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect components and finished products for defects, damage, and other quality concerns.
• Label, wrap, package, stack, and prepare finished products for production or shipment.
• Lift, carry, load, unload, and move materials and products throughout the manufacturing area.
• Learn additional production processes, equipment, and workstations as skills develop.
