Requirements

Recognized CPA title
More than 7 years of experience
Bilingual (French, English)

Responsibilities

Coordinate all of the department’s financial functions (production costs, changeover costs and capital asset tracking)
Perform all the financial activities within the Integrated Work System (IWS) and promote it
Ensure preparation of monthly reports on production costs and financial forecasts
Coordinate and supervise the annual budget process and financial presentations and ensure consistency with the manufacturing presentation
Prepare and present business cases (Capex / Opex / special projects)
Make sure accounting and internal audit policies and procedures are followed
Prepare various analyses and presentations and coordinate internal audits
Contact point with external audit as well as Canada Revenue Agency
Sit on the steering committee and provide support for all the factory’s financial matters
Work with other team members to improve business processes and information systems
Supervise and lead the Finance department, made up of 3 employees
