About The Position
Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Facility & Water Specialist who oversees water treatment responsibilities, facility maintenance, and assistance with supply coordination in Concerto’s dialysis dens. This role is essential for ensuring the functionality of Concerto’s dialysis machines and serves as the primary contact for coordinating machine and facility maintenance and repairs at the clinic level. The position supports both established units and new unit startups and/or closures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation, as significant travel via car between units is required.
- Strong focus and attention to detail are essential.

- Experience in dialysis biomedical/technical field
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to staff on water treatment and hemodialysis equipment operation and principles.
- Maintain, repair, and oversee all water treatment and medical equipment, ensuring proper documentation and disinfection.
- Calibrate and document testing equipment, collect water samples for analysis, and report any non-compliance with standards.
- Support new dialysis unit setups and closures, including site assessments, construction monitoring, and IT setup.
- Conduct regular inspections, coordinate repairs, respond to emergencies, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
