About The Position

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking a Facility Technician to join their Operations team. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly facility for staff and visitors, including general housekeeping of offices, restrooms, common areas, warehouse areas, and light grounds maintenance. The position also involves heavy cleaning duties and may require assisting in other operational areas. Responsibilities

• Service, clean and supply restrooms.
• Service clean and supply breakrooms.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and vacuuming.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
• Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs.
• Notify manager when supplies or equipment are needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, or mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, or squeegees.
• Steam clean or shampoo carpets.
• Set up, arrange, or remove decorations, tables, chairs to prepare facilities for events, such as banquets or meetings.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines and equipment.
• General maintenance as required (change light bulbs, door adjustments, etc).
• Provide general operational support in other areas as directed by manager.
• Communicate with co-workers, management and others in a courteous and professional manner.
• Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
• Conform to all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment.
