About The Position

This role involves managing various facility maintenance tasks, including overseeing repairs, managing contractors, and assisting with projects. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of construction and PM trades, be self-motivated, and possess strong communication and leadership skills. This position requires the ability to handle moderately complex tasks, use powered tools safely, and operate a computer. A valid driver's license is necessary. The role may involve training or leading a small group of associates.

  • Requires ability to handle tasks/assignments which are moderately complex in nature. Some tasks may be complex in nature.

  • Must be able to effectively work within a team environment.
  • Exudes leadership and takes initiative.
  • Competent on equipment, tools, following directions.
  • Has good attitude, shows up on time, follows instructions.
  • Willing and able wherever needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Normally receives little instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments.

Responsibilities

  • Keep all supplies stocked and place replenishment orders.
  • Assist with large projects.
  • Operate Compactor and Bailor for waste management.
  • Manage a small team of people.
  • Oversee contractors.
  • Oversee repairs from minor to major.
  • Install and remove DC racks.
  • Install and remove HAMM whips.
  • Install or change Starline boxes per request.
  • Manage constant projects around HYVE facilities, including installing racks for forklift chargers, removing equipment for T.I. to take place, running cabling for card access, and building racks to support lockers.
  • Assemble benches for burn-in chambers.
  • Assemble pigtails for customers.
  • Remove old infrastructure.
  • Train or occasionally lead a small group of lower-level non-exempt associates.
