Conducts daily inspections of equipment spaces, documents operational status and ensures proper operation of all plant equipment, medical gas systems, utility services and backup systems. Manages furniture inventory including coordinating requests for furniture reconfigurations and coordinating new employee needs. Prepares cubes/offices for new employees. Performs assigned normal and urgent repairs. Completes basic preventative maintenance.
