About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing various equipment within the facility, including bowling lanes, pinsetters, scoring systems, and arcade/attraction equipment. The technician will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, assist with training and supervision of the pit crew, and perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance. The position also involves light carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC tasks, as well as supporting guests in the pro shop with ball fitting and drilling. Maintaining a safe and organized work area is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of mechanic or maintenance experience
  • Working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Skilled in the safe use of hand and power tools (welders, meters, compressors, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
