About The Position

The Facility Technician supports the trailer production process by maintaining the cleanliness and order of our facility in Conway AR.  This role ensures the building is clean and supplies are restocked throughout the facility.  The position requires working with a variety of sanitation tools, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and collaborating with other departments as needed.

Requirements

• Keeping cleaning supplies and equipment organized and in good working order.
• Paying close attention to detail to ensure a clean and tidy environment.
• Team-oriented, professional, and eager to contribute to a positive work environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work safely and follow all safety rules.
• Familiarity with different cleaning products and equipment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times with assistance.
• Capacity to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to bend at the waist, kneel, and squat, walk, stoop, carry materials.

Responsibilities

• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, carpets, and other surfaces.
• Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, common areas, and high-touch surfaces.
• Emptying trash and recycling bins.
• Replenishing supplies in restrooms and other areas.
• Making minor repairs to cleaning equipment, building fixtures, or engaging in help from other departments for minor repairs to equipment or building fixtures.
• Ensuring a safe and hygienic environment by following safety procedures and reporting any potential hazards.
• Keeping the facility tidy and organized.
• Help ensure the production floor is clean and organized.
• Helping in other areas of the plant as needed.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
