About The Position

The Facility Maintenance Technician keeps the Lockhill Selma and Interpark offices running and operating efficiently and looking clean and professional, ensuring a positive experience in the office for all employees and visitors.

Requirements

  • General maintenance, handyman, and janitorial skills
  • Customer service oriented with strong cooperation

Responsibilities

  • Open the Lockhill Selma office by 6:30 am each morning.
  • Address any issues that may come up outlined in the daily / nightly service schedule.
  • Travel to the Interpark warehouse daily for stocking and deliveries.
  • Coordinate and act as Point of Contact with contractors to do onsite visits.
  • Constant spot cleaning entrances, high traffic areas, restrooms, kitchen/breakroom
  • Assist Operations VP with handyman work inside and outside of the building
  • Coordinate and close maintenance issues reported via the ticketing system
  • Maintain inventory supplies - order and pick up when necessary
  • Set-up and teardown for company events, maintaining an organized storage area
  • Log tasks / items for nighttime crew to address in janitorial closet
