The Facility Sustainment Analyst provides integrated program management, Power BI data analytics, knowledge management, and life-safety program execution support to the USARC G-3/5/7 Engineers Directorate. Operating onsite at USAR HQ Fort Bragg, a primary focus of this role is managing the Army Reserve Centralized Fire Alarm Monitoring Program across approximately 1,475 designated facilities nationwide. The analyst builds automated data pipelines, interactive dashboards, and decision-support tools to enhance infrastructure planning, project tracking, and operational readiness enterprise-wide.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in facility management, data analytics, or infrastructure program analysis within a DoD or military services environment.
  • Advanced expertise in Power BI dashboard development, automated data modeling, and proficiency with Army facilities databases (GFEBS, BUILDER, RPLANS, ISR-I, PRIDE) and life/safety compliance standards.
  • Active SECRET Security Clearance prior to performance start.
  • Must possess or be eligible for a DoD Common Access Card (CAC) and compliance with IA/IT training requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Technology, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with full English fluency (reading, writing, and speaking).

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the primary contractor point of contact for the Centralized Fire Alarm Monitoring Program, overseeing fire panel connections across ~1,475 required buildings (600 currently monitored, targeting ~30 new connections/month).
  • Tracks POTS line installations via G-6 work orders and transition to cellular monitoring.
  • Verifies and updates E911 site addresses with the Fire Monitoring Company.
  • Updates the fire notification contact listing quarterly (due NLT 5th of Feb, May, Aug, Nov) and republishes Fire Monitoring Notification Letters annually to all enrolled sites.
  • Participates in weekly teleconferences with the Fire Monitoring Company, USARC, and RD DPW personnel; maintains meeting minutes and updates outstanding action item trackers.
  • Escalates unresolved life/safety program issues to the USARC Fire Emergency POC.
  • Synthesizes facilities data from RPLANS, ISR-I, GFEBS, BUILDER, and PRIDE.
  • Builds and maintains automated Power BI dashboards visualizing facility readiness, fire alarm monitoring status, project execution, real property utilization, and long-range funding trends.
  • Automates recurring reports and creates standardized workflows aligned with Army Knowledge Management doctrine.
  • Prepares read-ahead materials and agendas for facility working groups.
