Requirements

  • Attention to Detail: You notice the spot everyone else missed.
  • Reliability: You understand that a medical facility cannot function properly without a consistent cleaning schedule.
  • Stamina: Ability to be on your feet for the duration of a shift and lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Communication: Ability to follow written protocols and communicate effectively with the medical staff.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a medical, dental, or veterinary setting is a plus, but we are happy to train someone with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Deep clean and disinfect exam rooms, treatment areas, and surgical suites following strict medical protocols.
  • Sweep, mop, and operate floor scrubbers in high-traffic hallways and lobby areas.
  • Safely dispose of general waste and recycling; ensure biohazard containers are handled according to safety regulations.
  • Maintain a "five-star" appearance in our waiting area, including glass cleaning, dusting, and restroom sanitization.
  • Monitor cleaning inventory and notify management when supplies need restocking.
  • Keep the entryway and immediate perimeter of the clinic clear of debris or pet waste.
