About The Position
Join Our team at the Wallhouse Hotel We are seeking a reliable and motivated Facility Support Technician to join our team, This role is idea for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean safe, and well kept enviroment whilesupporting the overall upkeep of the property.
Requirements
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Reliable, detail oriented and takes initiative
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priortize
- Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
- Must be available to work weekends
- Must be on call for any emergency that may come up
Nice To Haves
- Basic maintenance knowledge is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Preform preventative maintanence tasks to ensure the property remains in excellent condition
- Completes maintenance slips (work orders) in a timely manner
- Perform minor repairs, and paint touch ups
- Maintains cleanliness of exterior areas, including parking lots, flower beds, and trash removal
- Assist with groundkeeping, including pulling weeks, and general upkeep of the exterior
- Pressure wash sidewalks and areas of the parking lot
- Preform carpet cleaning, and floor cleaning
- Monitor and check pool chemicals to ensure the proper levels
- Assist housekeeping as needed to support daily operations
