About The Position

Synergen is actively seeking a Facility Support Technician at Hydroline, a Synergen company, in Bossier City, Louisiana. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized facility, overseeing all deliveries received, and ensuring the proper placement of items. The technician will be expected to understand and adhere to company standards and expectations, with a strong focus on quality and safety in all aspects of their work.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• Excellent and clear communication skills for safe and efficient job task completion with team members.
• Ability to lead by example, teach, motivate, and mentor team members, and execute daily goals.
• Ability to drive a culture where equipment and work is organized, clean, and presentable.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment, such as forklifts, CTLs, and tracked carriers.
• Assist with loading and unloading supplies and equipment.
• Maintain inventory of ancillary items in predetermined spaces.
• Perform minor repair and maintenance tasks assigned by supervision.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks and trailers.
• Perform periodic CMV audits and Quarterly Vehicle Inspections.
• Communicate with supervision regarding issues, changes, and specific needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, including JSAs, equipment inspections, and checklists.
• Ensure facility and work are executed to the highest standard, safely and compliantly.
