The Department of Public Safety’s mission is to enhance the safety and security of all Arkansans through ethical, character-driven behavior that promotes professionalism, clear communication, and accountability while serving as the state’s premier public safety agency. The Facility Supervisor/Expert is responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and security of state-owned facilities to ensure they remain safe, functional, and compliant with state and federal regulations. This position plays a key leadership role in managing maintenance teams, budgeting, contract oversight, and emergency preparedness.
