About The Position

Provides hands-on maintenance support for assigned locations while coordinating and managing vendor services across a designated market. Responsible for prioritizing and closing work orders, conducting site inspections, overseeing vendor performance, ensuring compliance with company requirements, and supporting facility operations through effective communication, quality control, and service coordination. Works closely with the Regional Facilities Manager to establish vendor relationships, manage contracts and system setup, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 5 years of experience making minor or general repairs to equipment and/or facility utilities.
  • Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance practices
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, technical drawings, and equipment specifications
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Performs a “dual role” as a general maintenance technician at pre-determined locations and acts as a dispatcher for the entire Regional Facilities Manager (RFM) market.
  • Self-performs general maintenance for a pre-determined set of locations (within a reasonable/rational radius) while assisting the RFM in building a vendor network for entire market coverage.
  • Dispatches and manages outside vendors for work orders in designated market.
  • Prioritizes and closes work orders.
  • Conduct site survey of all locations quarterly to manage quality and customer satisfaction
  • Works with the RFM to retrieve Annual Master Agreement Contracts that need to be executed with all vendors to establish minimum requirements to be maintained by the vendor such as general liability, workman’s comp, auto, establish terms, arbitration, and litigation.
  • Works with RFM on vendor set up in the Pinnacle AP System and provides all regulatory requirements for Archer.
  • Ensures vendors are uniformed and always have identification while on company property.
  • Communicates with vendors and end users to coordinate site visits.
  • Provides proper oversight and quality control to vendors’ work.
  • Scopes vendors’ work as needed and provides proposals when required to the RFM for approval.
  • Meets all the client’s financial needs, both business and personal, and refers clients to other specialty areas such as Trust, Investments, Insurance, Treasury Management, etc. as appropriate
  • Assists other team members as needed to ensure delivery of distinctive service.
  • Performs other related duties and responsibilities as required.
  • Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.
