About The Position

Swarm Aero is seeking its first dedicated industrial security leader to scale its industrial security program across personnel, facilities, and access. It also coordinates with IT, Contracts, Legal, talent acquisition, government customers, and security counterparts on CUI, classified systems, hiring and clearances, contractual security obligations, cybersecurity, and ITAR/EAR compliance. The role advises leadership on operational security and export-control impacts, while referring regulatory interpretations, licensing decisions, and disclosures to counsel and the Empowered Official. The position supports a geographically diverse, nationwide footprint and develops security metrics and reporting on clearance pipelines, compliance posture, incidents, and program milestones as the company grows.
