Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of relevant experience required.
• Leadership and ability to act in crisis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor video surveillance for any unusual or suspicious activity within and around the facility.
• Educate and train staff on proper safety and security procedures.
• Performs regulatory building audits, tickets, inspections, maintains reports and tracking systems to provide a safe and healthy environment for all patients and staff by maintaining regulatory and code requirement.
• Assist on site staff with de-escalation of patients, visitors, venders, and employees.
• Monitor foot traffic in and out of the facility ensuring all personnel complete are authorized to enter the facility.
• Communicating with local law enforcement about any incidents and ensuring local and federal security compliance.
