Facility Rental Supervisor
About The Position
St. Andrew's Parish Parks & Playground Commission is seeking dependable, customer-focused individuals to serve as Facility Rental Supervisors. In this role, you'll oversee facility rentals, ensure renters follow agency policies, set up and break down tables and chairs, open and secure facilities, and provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a safe environment. This position is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy working with the public, solving problems, and helping ensure community events run smoothly. If you're organized, responsible, and available to work evenings and weekends, we'd love to have you join our team!
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- CPR/First Aid/AED certification required (or ability to obtain if applicable)
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform event setup and breakdown
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
