About The Position

Premier Therapy is seeking a full-time Facility Rehab Director to lead its rehabilitation team in Warren, Ohio. The role provides leadership and day-to-day oversight of the rehabilitation department, supports staffing, scheduling, employee development, and team performance, and monitors quality, productivity, documentation, and compliance. The director collaborates with facility leadership and the interdisciplinary care team to promote strong clinical outcomes, employee engagement, and program growth.

Requirements

• Current therapy license or credential as required for the position and state of practice.
• Rehabilitation clinical experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
