About The Position

Premier Therapy is seeking a full-time Facility Rehab Director (FRD) to lead its rehabilitation team in Warren, Ohio. The director provides leadership and day-to-day oversight of the rehabilitation department, supporting staffing, scheduling, employee development, and team performance. The role monitors quality, productivity, documentation, and compliance; collaborates with facility leadership and the interdisciplinary care team; and promotes strong clinical outcomes, employee engagement, and program growth.

Requirements

• Current therapy license or credential as required for the position and state of practice.
• Rehabilitation clinical experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Previous leadership experience.
• Skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care experience.
