About The Position

The team of Facility Provisioners are vital team members who work with internal and external groups to ensure Uniti’s facility records are kept current with Uniti’s growing and evolving network. This role supports engineering, sales, and field operations to ensure a great customer experience.

Requirements

Associate Degree in a technical discipline and 2-3 years technical/telephony experience; or 4+ years of directly related telephony experience, or an equivalent combination of education and directly related telephony experience.
PC skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Highly self-motivated personality

Responsibilities

Create the facility inventory in MIROR using OSP schematics, Jobtrac information and forms.
Update the facility inventory in MIROR as physical changes are made in the outside plant due to customer migrations, Road moves and other facility impacting projects.
Generate cut/groom information for the field or splicers for network improvements/changes.
Provide various support for OSP Engineering, Broadband Engineering, Assignment, Sales, and Local Operations team. This includes providing reports from various systems, corrections to data, building potential service records, emergency cuts and other tasks as required.
Support pre-sales and after sales activity including Sold Orders and full fiber polygon builds for SMB GPON/FTTP.
