As our Facility Projects Coordinator, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of our Glendale facility — the go-to person who solves problems before others even notice them, keeps teams aligned, and makes every shift run like clockwork. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or admin preferred.
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace and fast-paced digital environments.
  • Flexible with scheduling, including some evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Typing speed of 40+ WPM is preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship provided).
  • Successful completion of a background screening.
  • English Assessment and Facilities Projects Coordinator Assessment are required prior to the interview.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the language services industry.
  • Knowledge of safety/compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, ensure seamless transitions, and be the first line of problem-solving.
  • Track metrics, prepare performance reports, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Train and onboard transcription staff, deliver feedback that actually helps people grow.
  • Manage access control, safety protocols, and clean room standards.
  • Act as the bridge between on-site teams and management.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions for improvement.
