About The Position

E-Logic is seeking qualified Facility Planners to support planning and facilities management activities for military installations. The selected candidates will provide professional planning services, prepare installation planning documents, develop military construction project packages, and support long-range facility planning initiatives for Government stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Community Planning, or a related field.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience performing facility planning or similar planning-related duties.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate engineering, management, planning, and economic data.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Navy Shore Facility Planning System (SFPS).
  • Experience using Navy enterprise systems, including: iNFADS PAX ieFACMAN Other Navy planning and facilities management systems
  • Experience developing planning studies, facility documentation, and MILCON project packages.
  • Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting U.S. Navy, NAVFAC, or other Department of Defense (DoD) installation planning programs.
  • Experience preparing DD Form 1391 packages and supporting MILCON and SRM programming efforts.
  • Familiarity with installation master planning, facility asset management, and military infrastructure planning.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare regional and installation-level planning documents and studies, including: Regional Integration Plans (RIPs), Installation Development Plans (IDPs), Other long-range installation planning studies
  • Develop Basic Facility Requirements (BFRs) and Facility Planning Documents (FPDs) to support facility planning and capital improvement initiatives.
  • Perform Asset Evaluations (AEs) to assess facility conditions, capabilities, and future requirements.
  • Prepare Site Approval Documents and coordinate the review, routing, and approval process with Government stakeholders.
  • Develop Military Construction (MILCON) and Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) project documentation, including: DD Form 1391, Cost estimates, Supporting planning documentation
  • Support Government data calls by collecting, analyzing, and reporting planning information.
  • Provide facility planning services, technical consultations, and recommendations to project teams and Government leadership.
  • Analyze engineering, planning, management, and economic data to support facility planning decisions.
  • Coordinate with planners, engineers, architects, and Public Works Department (PWD) personnel to support installation planning efforts.
