About The Position
As a Facility Operations Team Member, you will ensure the facility is clean while providing great customer service. The club space must be clean, stocked with supplies, and meet Life Time's standards of presentation. You will maintain indoor and outdoor cleanliness and safety, keep towels and locker rooms in order, monitor consumable and cleaning-product use against the department budget, and respond to member inquiries about Life Time products, services, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
- Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
- Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time.

- High school diploma or GED.
Responsibilities
- Maintain indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
- Wash, fold, and stock member towels; ensure locker rooms are neat and orderly.
- Ensure locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals are used in accordance with the amount prearranged by the department budget.
- Respond to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies, and procedures.
