About The Position

CloudKitchens is hiring a Facility Operations Shift Lead to support food-order flow and day-to-day facility operations at the Aztec Food Hub. The role involves organizing and transporting food orders, accurately scanning orders, coordinating handoffs, handling administrative duties, maintaining a clean facility, and troubleshooting operational issues. The employee serves as a point of contact connecting CloudKitchens, restaurant partners, facility staff, and drivers, while providing customer service in a fast-paced food-service setting. The facility operates seven days a week from morning to night. Applicants can share their availability to be matched with a facility and shift. Work is in person, with expected hours ranging from 15 hours per week to full-time (40 hours per week). Compensation is $20–$21 per hour, with actual compensation determined individually based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate stairs.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to solve problems independently.
Effective in-person and electronic communication skills.

No experience required.

Previous experience in customer service, food service, or as a delivery-app driver.

Responsibilities

Retrieve food orders from kitchens and move them to central processing.
Organize and transport orders, accurately scan them, and coordinate handoffs.
Provide customer service to facility staff, restaurant customers, and drivers.
Handle administrative duties and help maintain a clean facility.
Troubleshoot operational issues and serve as a point of contact among CloudKitchens, restaurant partners, and drivers.
