About The Position

CloudKitchens is hiring a part-time Facility Operations Shift Lead to help maintain the flow of food orders at a quick-service and fast-food restaurant facility. The role includes organizing and transporting orders, scanning them accurately, coordinating handoffs, handling administrative duties, maintaining a clean facility, troubleshooting issues, and providing customer service. The position serves as a connection between CloudKitchens, restaurant partners, and drivers. Work is in person at West Lakes Food Co. The facility operates seven days a week from morning to night, and applicants can share their availability to be matched with a facility and shift. Expected hours range from 15 to 40 per week. No experience is required.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate stairs.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to solve problems independently.
Effective communication skills in person and electronically.
Positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in customer service, food service, or as a delivery app driver is considered a good fit.

Responsibilities

Retrieve orders from kitchens and bring them to central processing.
Organize and transport food orders, scan them accurately, and coordinate handoffs.
Provide customer service to facility staff, restaurant customers, and drivers.
Handle administrative duties and maintain clean facilities.
Troubleshoot issues and serve as a community bridge between CloudKitchens, restaurant partners, and drivers.
