Requirements

1+ years of facility management or operations experience
Experience with OSHA compliance and workplace safety programs
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary leadership team
Willingness to respond to occasional after-hours facility emergencies

Nice To Haves

Veterinary hospital experience and equipment knowledge strongly preferred
experience with Oracle or veterinary practice management software is a plus

Responsibilities

Oversee hospital and facility maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects
Manage preventive maintenance and repairs for medical and office equipment
Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers
Oversee IT, security systems, and building infrastructure
Ensure OSHA compliance and lead hospital safety training and annual updates
Manage maintenance contracts, equipment purchases, and vendor accounts
Process and approve invoices and support accounts payable functions
Monitor facility needs and prioritize repairs
Collaborate with hospital leadership to improve operations and maintain regulatory compliance
