About The Position
We are a very stable and reliable company looking for hard-working, motivated, and reliable candidates for a full-time Facility Manager position. This role requires the ability to work well with the cleaning crew/team and be physically capable of completing the job, including being on your feet for the entire shift. Previous supervisor experience is highly preferred. The position offers weekly pay and access to benefits, including Blue Cross Blue Shield Major Medical Health Insurance and a 401(K).
Requirements
- Candidate MUST be able to work well with cleaning crew/team.
- Candidate MUST be physically capable of completing the job. On feet for entire shift.
- Previous supervisor experience highly preferred.
- Ability to professionally communicate effectively with team members, upper management and customers.
- Strong ability to effectively resolve conflict.
- MUST have the passion for a job well done.
Responsibilities
- Managing labor needs.
- Manage cleaning crew.
- Work alongside team.
- Making sure all services are performed to established standards and in a timely manner.
- Quality control of services performed using customized scorecards.
- Ensure accurate tracking and ordering of our client's consumables inventory.
- Tracking and reporting weekly progress reports that are custom made for specific sites.
- Assist with employee recruiting/onboarding.
- Additional duties, as needed, in order to get the job done well and on time.
