About The Position

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Senior Bowling Mechanic & Facility Manager to oversee the technical operations of their centers. This role involves managing a team of mechanics responsible for the maintenance and repair of bowling equipment, including pinsetters, pinspotters, automatic scoring machines, and lanes. The manager will also be involved in all aspects of center maintenance and repairs, providing leadership to their team and support to the General Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, management experience, and a passion for developing staff.

Requirements

5+ Years of Bowling Mechanic Experience
Solid Communication Skills
Strong Team Player
Staff Supervision
An ability to walk, bend, and stand for periods of time and lift objects as necessary

Responsibilities

Manage the bowling center's day-to-day technical operations to ensure efficiency.
Recruit, hire, train, and schedule mechanics, and supervise them daily.
Provide training on machine operation, safety procedures, building maintenance, and preventative maintenance.
Ensure compliance with laws and policies, including OSHA safety practices.
Monitor and maintain machine stop records to identify repair needs.
Schedule routine maintenance for HVAC, roof, plumbing, electrical, and life/safety systems.
Assist in planning and budgeting for center repairs and upgrades.
Obtain bids for routine and emergency repairs and maintenance.
Suggest improvements to equipment to reduce environmental impact and cost.
Be available to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, and extended workdays as needed.
