About The Position

As a Facility Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all facilities, including lanes, attractions, kitchen equipment, and building systems. This role involves proactive maintenance to prevent failures and rapid response to any issues that arise, acting as the on-site technical expert.

Requirements

3 or more years of facilities or technical operations leadership in a high-volume environment.
Practical experience with plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC, and general contracting.
Proven ability to build and lead a maintenance team focused on uptime and guest satisfaction.
Financial acumen including preventive maintenance budgeting, vendor management, and cost control.
Strong understanding of safety compliance, OSHA standards, and regulatory requirements.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in mechanical or technical spaces.
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Perform and oversee daily repair and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes, and attractions.
Execute preventative maintenance schedules, document all work, and monitor equipment performance to get ahead of failures.
Serve as the on-site technical expert, completing repairs and troubleshooting issues with speed and precision.
Manage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and facility budgets.
Train and develop maintenance team members in safe practices, technical skills, and quality standards.
Provide technical support during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to keep the center fully operational.
