About The Position

Reworld is searching for an exceptional Facility Manager to lead our Lorton, Virginia facility — one of Reworld’s largest sites and a flagship operation within our South Region. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity where the leader will have the opportunity to make a significant impact across the site, the region, and the broader Reworld organization. The ideal candidate brings progressive leadership experience from a complex industrial or power-generation environment. Experience in Waste-to-Energy, power plants, paper mills, chemical manufacturing, biomass, coal-fired, nuclear, or combined-cycle operations is highly valued. Most importantly, we’re looking for a leader of people — someone who can set a clear direction, develop talent, build accountability, bring teams together, and take an already important operation to the next level. Requirements

  • Progressive leadership experience from a complex industrial or power-generation environment
  • Experience in Waste-to-Energy, power plants, paper mills, chemical manufacturing, biomass, coal-fired, nuclear, or combined-cycle operations is highly valued
  • Ability to set a clear direction, develop talent, build accountability, bring teams together
  • Ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the role while upholding Reworld's Values, including contributing to a safe and inclusive workplace, delivering results through trust, and building breakthrough capabilities.
