About The Position

UPA is seeking an experienced, people-focused leader to take the lead at Ascott Gardens Residential Aged Care Home in Orange NSW. This opportunity is about creating momentum, inspiring teams, strengthening culture and making a genuine difference in the lives of residents, families and employees. The Facility Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of Ascott Gardens, including resident care, workforce leadership, compliance, quality improvement and service performance. The role requires building and leading an engaged, accountable and high-performing team, driving exceptional resident-centred care outcomes, creating a positive workplace culture, strengthening relationships with residents, families and the wider community, leading accreditation, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives, overseeing workforce planning, budgets and operational performance, and championing quality, safety and excellence in care delivery. Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership experience within Residential Aged Care
  • Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Experience managing compliance, workforce and operational performance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • The ability to coach, develop and inspire teams
  • A proactive, solutions-focused and improvement-driven mindset
