About The Position

Resolve Sleep Health is seeking a Facilities Manager to support its growing clinic portfolio across Canada. This role is fully remote and involves managing lease negotiations, clinic renovations and relocations, vendor relationships, and portfolio strategy to ensure spaces support operational excellence, growth, and an exceptional patient experience. The company is Canada's largest independent provider of sleep health services with over 145 clinics.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in facilities, commercial real estate, or portfolio management
• Experience managing multi-site leased portfolios
• Strong lease negotiation and project management experience
• Financial acumen related to budgets, capital projects, and lease management
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting clinic, healthcare, retail, or professional service environments
• Familiarity with commercial leasing across Canada

Nice To Haves

• Project Management certification considered an asset

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial leases including renewals, negotiations, amendments, and landlord relationships
• Lead clinic renovations, relocations, refreshes, and new site openings
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, brokers, and project partners
• Oversee facilities and real estate project budgets, timelines, and reporting
• Partner with Operations, Finance, HR, IT, and Leadership on space planning and facilities needs
• Maintain accurate lease and portfolio records and support long-term planning initiatives
