About The Position

As a Facility Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of capital improvement initiatives—from concept through completion—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in project or facility management
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and regulations
  • Proven leadership, organization, and project management skills
  • Experience with project management tools and financial processes

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications such as PMP or CFM are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and execution of capital real estate projects
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams
  • Manage contracts, budgets, invoicing, and project timelines
  • Oversee construction progress, quality, and site activities
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Serve as the primary communication point for all stakeholders
  • Support facility operations, maintenance, and safety compliance
  • Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned
