About The Position

OKSI is growing its physical footprint across multiple locations nationwide, and we need someone who can keep each of them running safely, reliably, and efficiently. This role owns facility operations end to end — building systems, vendor relationships, preventative maintenance, and workspace planning — across a distributed, multi-site portfolio. It's a hands-on, travel-intensive position for someone comfortable managing priorities across geography rather than from behind a single desk.

  • Experience managing vendors and service providers
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills across distributed locations
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills across remote and in-person teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and facility tracking systems
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the U.S.

  • Track facility equipment, supplies, and maintenance materials; coordinate procurement
  • Monitor conditions across all sites and address building-related safety concerns
