Lead, develop and drive the strategic direction of our company within the customer site. This role involves oversight of technical cleaning and production support operations, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines, and managing documentation and reporting for internal and customer needs. The Facility Manager will also be responsible for relationship management, KPI management, environmental compliance, sustainability projects, and financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis. The role requires developing process controls for efficiency and cost-effectiveness, defining problems, collecting data, and drawing valid conclusions. Adherence to EHS and Quality objectives, in accordance with ISO standards, is also crucial. All other duties as assigned by the Leadec manager.
