Position Summary The Contract Facility Manager (CFM) supports GSA Public Buildings Service (PBS) by managing daily operations, inspections, and project activities across federally owned and leased facilities. The role ensures compliance with GSA property management standards, oversees construction and repair projects, coordinates with tenants and contractors, and serves as an on-site representative for building performance, customer service, and safety. The CFM works under the direction of the COR and provides technical, operational, and administrative support to maintain safe, efficient, and compliant facilities.
