About The Position

The Facility Management Administrator will be responsible for providing daily oversight of the help desk, ensuring tickets are promptly assigned, work is scheduled, and tasks are completed within expected timeframes. This role involves purchasing parts and equipment, corresponding with vendors, processing invoices and payments, and preparing draft reports. The administrator will also visit regional stores periodically to follow up on requests, support in-house technicians, and maintain facilities, equipment, and supplies according to protocol. Additionally, they will schedule and document maintenance and repairs, and coordinate with outside contractors.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in Management or Accounting, Manufacturing Engineering Major or related field
  • Good communication skills to negotiate with vendors and speak with store managers
  • Must be able to safely operate a company motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, etc.)
  • Able to travel domestically
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge in SAP is preferred, not required
  • Bilingual in Korean and English language preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily help desk oversight to ensure help desk tickets are promptly assigned, work scheduled, and completed
  • Monitor ticket progress to ensure tasks are completed within expected time-frames
  • Purchase Parts and Equipment
  • Correspond and communicate with vendors for facility management needs
  • Process invoices and payments to vendors
  • Process draft reports for different projects
  • Visit regional stores periodically to check and follow up with store requests
  • Support In-house technicians
  • Follow protocol for effective maintenance of facilities, equipment and supplies
  • Schedule and document maintenance and repairs on equipment
  • Coordinate with outside contractors for the service and repairs
