Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Exceptional attention to detail, quality, accuracy, and cleanliness
Proven background in Maintenance/Repair
Strong relationship building and communication skills
Ability to work independently and with team members
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs.+ and occasional sitting.
Forklift certification is a plus

Responsibilities

Maintain facility landscaping to including planting, pruning, mowing, string trimming, and backpack blowing
Maintain paper product stocking needs through the building
Operate Equipment such as pressure washers, outdoor vacuums, golf carts, and tractors
Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities
Minor plumbing repairs and maintenance
Set up and tear down of bike rack, tents, tables, and chairs
Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
Perform all other duties as assigned or needed
