Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • One or more of the following: 3 or more years of Plant/Facilities Maintenance or Related Experience. OR 3 or more years of Military Experience in Related Field.
  • Highly motivated individual who can achieve positive results in a team atmosphere.
  • Ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities and environmental conditions.
  • Able to work and solve problems both independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment.
  • Ability to read and understand schematics and one-line drawings.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • US Citizenship Required: This position will require the holding of or ability to obtain government security clearance which requires U.S Citizenship.

Nice To Haves

  • Semiconductor Facilities Maintenance Experience.
  • 3-5 or more years of experience in Facilities Maintenance or Related Field.
  • Certifications, Licenses or Experience in any of the following: HVAC, Electrical (Industrial-Level), Building Automation, Bulk Chemical Distribution Systems, Bulk and Specialty Cylinder Gas Systems.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive & corrective maintenance, including critical building support systems such as: Reverse Osmosis, Deionized and Chilled Water Systems.
  • Environmental Control Systems: Makeup Air, Air Handling & Roof Top Units. Hot Water Boilers.
  • Acid Waste Neutralization Systems.
  • Bulk Chemical & Gas Distribution Systems.
  • Exhaust Systems: Fume Scrubbers. General Exhaust Fans.
  • Compressed Dry Air Systems.
  • Maintaining a Clean and Safe Work Environment.
  • Assist with Project Planning and Task Execution.
  • Document Facilities Procedures & make Improvements to Procedures as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
