Facility Maintenance Technician - Northwest Arkansas
About The Position
Splash Car Wash & Oil Change is seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance Technician for its NWA Warehouse in Rogers, AR. This full-time role involves maintaining and repairing car wash facilities and equipment, with a focus on commercial or industrial electrical systems, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and automated equipment repair. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing and fixing issues with complex systems, including water reclamation systems and motor control centers, with a sense of urgency and ownership. The company emphasizes excellence, customer care, and facility upkeep.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with commercial or industrial electrical, mechanical, or automated equipment systems
- Strong preference for 5+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex electrical and mechanical equipment
- Experience using electrical test equipment, including multimeters, voltage/current testers, and continuity testing
- Ability to troubleshoot motor controls, control panels, contactors, overloads, relays, transformers, pumps, and automated equipment
- Ability to travel approximately 10%
- Ability to work occasional nights and weekends when needed
- Strong problem-solving, diagnostic, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of equipment, and respond with a sense of urgency
- Must be at least 16 years of age to apply.

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot equipment issues for complex systems varying from water reclamation systems to motor control centers to carwash tunnel equipment
- Diagnose equipment performance gaps and failures efficiently
- Fix issues with a sense of urgency
- Takes ownership and initiative of assigned equipment and facilities
- Communicates well with the Service Team
- Avoids issues and inefficiency through proper planning
- Perform voltage, current, resistance, and continuity tests.
- Replace contactors, overloads, timers, transformers, and control relays.
