About The Position
A Penske Facility Maintenance Technician will work in a warehouse environment with temperatures ranging from 34% to 95%. Perform all maintenance and preventative maintenance on a variety of media to include but not limited to: Mobile equipment, plumbing, electrical, dock doors, levelers and related dock equipment, concrete floor repair, painting, carpentry, rack repair and all related facilities maintenance.

- Perform all maintenance and preventative maintenance on a variety of media to include but not limited to: Mobile equipment, plumbing, electrical, dock doors, levelers and related dock equipment, concrete floor repair, painting, carpentry, rack repair and all related facilities maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Complete daily equipment rounds and make repairs as required.
- Performs repairs on plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems. Contacts vendors as necessary.
- Participate in Safety Committee meetings, ensuring a safe work environment for all employees.
- Perform work order repairs, inspections and adjustments.
- Support operations department by providing suggestions and developing solutions as needed.
- Be a point of contact during off shift hours for facilities issues.
