About The Position

We are hiring a facility maintenance technician for our Kissimmee, FL Fab. This role involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance on critical building support systems, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, assisting with project planning and task execution, and documenting facilities procedures. The job also requires performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One or more of the following: 3 or more years of Plant/Facilities Maintenance or Related Experience, OR 3 or more years of Military Experience in Related Field.
• Highly motivated individual who can achieve positive results in a team atmosphere.
• Ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities and environmental conditions.
• Able to work and solve problems both independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Ability to read and understand schematics and one-line drawings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• US Citizenship Required: This position will require the holding of or ability to obtain government security clearance which requires U.S Citizenship.

Nice To Haves

• Semiconductor Facilities Maintenance Experience.
• 3-5 or more years of experience in Facilities Maintenance or Related Field.
• Certifications, Licenses or Experience in any of the following: HVAC, Electrical (Industrial-Level), Building Automation, Bulk Chemical Distribution Systems, Bulk and Specialty Cylinder Gas Systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive & corrective maintenance, including critical building support systems such as: Reverse Osmosis, Deionized and Chilled Water Systems, Environmental Control Systems (Makeup Air, Air Handling & Roof Top Units, Hot Water Boilers), Acid Waste Neutralization Systems, Bulk Chemical & Gas Distribution Systems, Exhaust Systems (Fume Scrubbers, General Exhaust Fans), and Compressed Dry Air Systems.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist with project planning and task execution.
• Document Facilities Procedures & make improvements to procedures as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
