About The Position

As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you help keep our two-story Rochester facility in strong working order with a clean, organized, safe, and sanitary appearance. This entry-level, onsite role supports daily operations by ensuring shared spaces and building systems are maintained consistently.

Requirements

• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation
• Comfort using basic cleaning tools and an electric floor cleaner
• Dependable, safety-minded, and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Routine cleaning and sanitizing of restrooms and break areas
• Dusting and wiping furniture and work surfaces
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Trash removal and recycling handling
• Periodic deep floor cleaning (including stripping and resealing hard surfaces)
• Exterior upkeep such as litter pickup and weed removal
• Winter sidewalk clearing with shoveling and salting
• Minor repairs (e.g., changing bulbs, unclogging sinks/toilets, patching drywall/painting, addressing small leaks)
