Requirements

• Experience in facility, building, industrial, or commercial maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• A commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Maintain the facility, building systems, and grounds in a safe, clean, and operational condition.
